How do I use the website?

Please watch our short video (found on your home page) which will help you navigate through the site and get the most out of your subscription.

I can't find what I'm looking for

Try using the search bar, tag menu, or categories and hopefully you will be able to find what you are looking for. If you would like to see specific content that we currently do not cover- please contact us at enquiries@centralcpd.co.uk and we will try to produce the material.

Do I have to add all team members at once?

No, you can add users at  any time throughout your subscription.

Can I pay offline?

Yes, please contact us at enquiries@centralcpd.co.uk or on 07542006586 and we can organise for you to pay by BACS or cheque

What happens if I have more than 20 people in the Practice?

We can extend your user allowance to meet your needs, please contact us at enquiries@centralcpd.co.uk or on 07542006586 to discuss it further.

What happens when staff members leave the Practice?

Your subscription is automatically renewed yearly, unless you request otherwise, at this time you can let us know which users are no longer with you and you can re-allocate your user allowance.
